hartleys 12 month target, page-17

Hi 9876, was wondering when you'd post again.

They quote 2 different "current SP's" because the rpts were issued on different days.

Hartleys give a 12 month price target. Dunno about you but I can't see oil staying at US$40 per barrel for another 12 months. Just look at where it was 12 months ago! So US$80 seems like a good a stab as any to me.

The price target could be optimistic, but it could also be pessimistic. It will only take a volcanic discovery flowing at 1500 bopd in WB or Si Thep and this thing will really fly....
