Got to admit, it's a bit disappointing that they are raising $15mill for exploration and ops cost.
With current 1.59 Billion shares on issue, $15mill @ $0.067/share gives additional 223,880,000 shares, or dilution to current shareholders of approx 14%.
Would have preferred $15mill being raised to go towards plant restart.
