Surely it's solid odds that this is an application to compel Thorn to convene the requisitioned meeting.

Imma see if I can get more details and hopefully even a hearing link, assuming it is what I hope / suspect it is. Usually physical court hearings are public so hopefully the same applies to virtual hearings.
