Here's the Top 20. I doubt there is anything else of interest in this annual report.

Can anyone explain how Mittleman have 16.59m shares in the substantial holders table, but they don't show in the Top 20 table?

Same with Spheria, Dimensional, Vanguard and Wilson who reportedly held around 10.0% between them as at 30th June. I know Spheria still had very close to 5.0% on their detailed "Ceasing to be a Sub Holder" announcement 21st August (I calculated a nett of just above 10m shares held).

Maybe these asset managers / LIC's might have the shares under their control listed in the individual holders names, which explains why they aren't in the Top 20 list.

Anyone got any thoughts?

VRC / Burke and Kirby have 40% of the votes, they really only need to get JP Morgan or HSBC onboard and they've got to 50%. Anyone know when either of these big players jumped into their big holders / average price?

Hard to know who controls the votes, but I suspect Mittleman is hitting the phones and we'll hear from them before too long. There will be some major (non-VRC) holders who are very unhappy with the $2.32, so I don't think this is over yet.
