Yeah, I agree that some of their statements could be argued to be assumptive, rather than presumptive.
You can make changes in the national phase anyway, so it's far from a foregone conclusion. It's possible that BOT could commercialise without patent protection too. I would have sold by now if I didn't think that there'll be opportunities to sell at a higher price in future.
