There is a court case in Sydney where a company (First Tiffany- old TSX listing) is claiming 15% of HEG. This is all tied up with the owner of Golden Gully which is right in the middle of HEG tenement - only 400m from the Reward shaft. No idea what the Court will do. The claim by First Tiffany is noted in the "replacement prospectus". See link below.
