Hi Smartinvestor22,
correct me if I am wrong but BNB has not yet been in suspension for 20 consecutive business days as specified in the BNBG prospectus. BNB went into suspension on the 12th January at 9:45am. However, during that period, we had the Australia day public holiday, so that wouldn't count as a business day. If BNB doesn't come out of suspension on Monday the 9th of February, then we have the right to claim our money back at face value.
Does that sound correct?
