I see it similarly - but I think this deal really gives Jumbo some grounds on the international market showing that they are both an exceptional SAAS platform for lotteries and a perfectly good reseller.
The percentage cut from each transaction I assume is still under debate, but it that revenue will be dependant on the online lottery as a while growing rather than Jumbo being able to grow and maintain their own customer base
