Average max in middle of summer 26.8.
Average max in middle of winter about 17.8.
Further north and too much humidity for me.
I have contemplated Tassie or south island NZ.
As you can guess, I prefer the cooler climes and hate summers.
Here I love Autumn best, cool nights, water temp stays warm for swimming/surfing etc.
SSkim, I'd give you the exact location but the population has probbaly doubled to 6,000 in the 10 years I have been year and I don't want any more, lol.
It is so exciting when the holidayers depart and the beaches are empty etc.
My fear is this place will be the new Byron Bay. If so then I am out of here.
