prob doesn't have regulatory approval. any country they want to sell to, they need to get that country's regulatory approval. if they are passive and just wait for the distributor to get regulatory approval, won't happen. it should be zoono who go and spend the effort and money to get regulatory approval. hence they run into trouble when they sell and then get slapped down by regulator.
