Thus far, I tend to agree. The current share price is not currently influenced by dilution. This is evident in the monthly volume chart over the last 5 years.
Could be that there is a lot of people like me, merely sitting on the side lines waiting for more of the picture to come into focus. FBR has always (in my opinion) talked up a good show, but often missed the expectations that they allowed and encouraged.
The monthly MACD is now in the solid green during Aug and Sept, for the first time since Sept 2017. With the recent builds, I am interested to see if FBR report any revenue in the quarterly, the period that finished today.
