Judging by an article in today's Indian press, the first salvo to Cozart - maker of the inferior device used by Australian Police. But they have firepower and marketing nouse.

Cozart is cumbersome and poor on THC - but the Indian police even want to use it for rave party raids. Oraline would be much better for that - as recognised by MPS in China.
