Cap raising will be a good few months away yet. MAK price will be much higher by the time a cap raising is announced. So in my opinion it would make sense to accumulate and not wait for a placement (if indeed they even need to make a placement...it could and most likely will be an offtake agreement).
If that's your strategy Street Talk I think, and its only an educated guess, that your strategy will mean you buying at a much higher price than currently.
