In terms of the business they're acquiring, it is interesting that it is a good fit with the existing Apply Direct business. I had wondered if they would shift the emphasis AWAY from that existing business but clearly they see it has a future. Again I regard that as a good thing. I need to dig a bit to determine where that $1 million purchase price/cash will come from ... and also the tranche 2 shares if benchmarks are hit - I need to understand the possible commitment here. But I rest easy knowing that the directors will have done their DD on this acquisition BIG time. I have zero idea how the SP will respond but this is good day for AD1 shareholders
