Such a shame cougar that as your employees leave you will not be able to replace them since you have stated that you will not hire anyone as workchoices is wound down. So if you intend to do as you say then your days as an employer are numbered, correct?
As to your comments about me I have been an employer and business operator during some periods of life, am retired now. I never had much of a problem with staff and the Workchoice legislation was not required IMO.
