Jeez, insider trading is a big shout. The company was undervalued and the new CEO was more active with investors... that normally results in some level of confidence. You can also imagine that the cap raise has instilled confidence of the cash balance and the rise in price towards 20c allowed stale holders to depart... we even saw a sell off yesterday
I think the company is closer to fair value now, depending on how big this is
