Does anyone know at this stage what the expected cost of producing the gold maybe ?
I noticed that this company has made losses now for a number of years and in F/Y 08 this was $4.8million.
On the Balance Sheet it has capitalised it's exploration expenditure $36.9 million (total) this includes in Financial Year 07/08 exploration expenditure of $28.02 million which was not written off. The recoupment of these amounts depends on the ultimate successful development.
It has only raised enough money for feasibility studies so will it need to go back to the market for a rights issue or placement in the next 12 months?
