Also a long term customer and shareholder. As a customer, things took a negative turn shortly after the founders were kicked out: lower speeds (looking at you, upload speeds) and a focus on emulating NBN plans rather than offering something better (which is why I signed up in the first place). Customer service also hasn't been as good. I haven't noticed any issues with outages - my business plan is still a rock-solid service.
As a shareholder, well, I can't complain.
