Just to let you guys know that Duncan's asx release re Federal Court Proceedings No. VID 1074. ie the update regarding the court hearing on Friday 6th Feb was a lie. His statement:
"Justice Middleton of the Federal Court Australia today made orders that the application be dismissed, and that
the Company pay the legal costs of all parties to the litigation" :- is false a false statement.
Justice Middleton had found Duncan Pursell was personally liable & was to pay the all costs & was about to rule against Mal Jansen as well when the barrister for Duncan stood up & said that "the company (Jervois) would pay the costs".
I have been told that the authorities will be informed of of this on Monday.
