My view is the base is very close. Once we settle at the base price, there should be a sling shot back to previous highs. I’m very confident from a charting perspective that NEU is being traded heavily for 7-10 cents and this brings volatility.
I would like to think by Christmas, we will be trading with a $2 plus range.
