No, whilst Barry is amply qualified he is not the largest shareholder per se. From memory, by far our biggest sh is the trust company Sing Rim domiciled in Singapore whose holding is within the holding of Martin Place Securities Nominees Pty Ltd - an holding company. This trust company is aggregating 5 convertible note investors. Their millions in funds at various time are all keeping the lights on. Details of this have been handed over in various announcements. Sing Rim have total control of PSA as it is through their Convertible note terms that permit the company to stay afloat. I am not content with the Status Quo but currently keeping the company alive is necessary and sufficient. Worth a read.as at 31 Aug 2020
