At the moment, they are getting rid of about 400,000-500,000 shares per week (1% of their voting power, they still hold just under 8%), so based on what they have left, I believe that this sell down will last between another 6-8 weeks, putting significant pressure on the share price.
So unless anything positive comes out from the company via an announcement, this one is heading south.

All it is doing is creating a huge buying opportunity, to the likes of which we wont see again for many many years.
