bnb admin consequences to bbipl

I shot a mail to Tony Boyd of Business Spectator on the consequences of Noteholders putting B&B into administration and the effect of that on BBIPL of the guarantee to Noteholders from BBIPL and whether they could then put BBIPL into admin if the guarantee is not honored. He said he was going to put it to Larkin on Monday.

who knows but if there is in fact an angle here, the offer to noteholders should be worth more. Trouble is noone outside of B&B has seen the guarantee and so we have no idea how good a guarantee it is.

Will get onto the trustee to see whats going on there...
