Fun fact: If you now call Aussie Broadband (who are answering the phones) it comes up with a message first saying they know about the big backlog of calls to Telstra and can't help you with your problems on Telstra, but can transfer your services to them. Imagine being so frustrated at your internet/phone provider that you call another company for help.
