    Crocodile, you dont actually say whether you're a TLS customer. You dont say (in any detail) what your experiences with TLS are ...
    you say another provider has a message ....
    (Fun fact " If you now call Aussie Broadband (who are answering the phones) it comes up with a message first saying they know about the big backlog of calls to Telstra and can't help you with your problems on Telstra, but can transfer your services to them. "

    . Do you really think thats a professional way for an enterprise to advertise its skills and services? Sneering at competitors? BTW why not tell the truth ... because I tried the number on their website ... they also sneer at Optus, not just TLS.
