long time follower, first time poster jumping in as its a fascinating story to follow..
I'll try and simplify, as it appears you've misread anies post and the screenshots:
- ISX issued invoices totalling 478,500 to FCorp
- FCorp’s EMA received payments totalling 506,077 from three separate payees (one of the three payees is unnamed)
- ISX confirmed that they do not know of any relationship between FCorp and the two named payees
- ISX advised that it direct debited the amounts from FCorp’s EMA in payment of the invoices, but could not identify any direct debits from FCorp’s EMA relating to the payment of invoices
- ISX’s trade receivables balance at 30 June 2018 for FCorp did not reconcile to the above invoices/payments
at best the above demonstrates a lack of processes and controls by ISX around "knowing your clients", which of itself is a worry for a company with a financial services focus.. at worst, well I think that's already been alluded to..
