no...only dropped the variable rates....non of them have changed the fixed rates.....like I said...they may want to deter us from fixing...so they can snare us with changing the variables...
recall wbc had a special 3 year fixed at 5.99 ??? for a short time...then when rates went down last week..they were all screaming thinking they had been fooled into locking in at a higher rate...
think we have to wait for the fixed to come down
