From 'The Australian' online, evening of 30 September 2020:Negotiations between Patrick and maritime union officials will resume on Thursday after eight hours of talks on Wednesday failed to settle the Port Botany dispute.
If the talks fail, the company will look at proceeding with a government-backed application to terminate legal action by the union.
