I've been googling... Usually a dangerous thing, I know! RMS takeover of SPX appears to have been a crappy deal. I've excerpted relevant info from a piece from The Market Herald below. Apparently SPX share price was at 0.10c before takeover. I feel concerned after reading this:
U6nder the terms of the Offer, Spectrum shareholders will receive one (1) Ramelius share for every ten (10) Spectrum shares held and cash consideration of A$0.017 per Spectrum share held. The offer has the full support of the Spectrum board who have provided acceptances in respect to shares controlled by them.
