These candidate debates are verbal fight clubs to win over a few % of undecided voters. Don't look for substance here, it's easier to read their program points for that. And yes I know, not all points will be realized, but their direction is pretty clear.If I could just point out one important plan relevant to NVX it would be this:"Make a historic investment in clean energy and innovation. Biden will invest $400 billion over ten years, as one part of a broad mobilization of public investment, in clean energy and innovation."
