It is an Australian stock and is required to comply with listing regulations to the ASX.
Before any announcement can be released, the ASX to have received it and following review will approve or reject the announcement. Only once approved by the ASX can it be released to the market. GtG had a please explain when an announcement was released to the US prior to the ASX receiving notification.
