i understand that the seller is Cooper.
it is not known who buyer is, but appears to have gone to a number of purchasers.
the departure of MD was NOT acrimonious at all, and that the Board was sorry to lose MD -they felt he did a good job.
they are now looking for a replacement, but have plenty of experienced personnel to keep the company operating as per schedule.
they think loss of Cooper is a plus as it gets rid of overhang of stock.
it seems that 2 events may be coincidence - but i am not convinced!
cheers
