    Thanks for clarifying. A Financial close referring to CY quarter and not financial quarter had me a little confused.

    I haven’t noticed any company comments on arena post last announcement. In a recent reply to me you mentioned we needed financial close by end September to receive the funds. would you happen to know if it is still in play?
