I wouldn't go that far. We are all guessing, but my guess is that the approval is conditional upon (for example) MSB committing to providing timely reports on the status of treatments OR some amendments to manufacturing. MSB now need time to frame their response to that condition.
Update on Monday more likely than today/Friday imo.
Not dead yet and no sign of defibrillators in the hallway.
