I think you need to calm your nerves as we don't yet know all of the facts.
MSB has never been anything but professional in its compliance with the listing rules. They know the business better than you or I, including what needs to be done and when.
I'm sorry that you may have to wait another business day for potentially a momentous day in the company's history; get over it.
