Maybe I am looking at things simplistically but to be honest I think thats often the best way. FDA should have (if they were doing their jobs) already rendered their decision to MSB.

Scenario 1) If the decision is a yes (with or without conditions) I do not see why MSB needs to take 3 more business days (including today) to digest that information and inform the market. In fact I think it would be considered illegal to sit on information for 3 entire business days.
Its not difficult to digest and ANN information from the FDA. "MSB would like to announce the FDA approved Ryoncil with the follow post approval requirements XYZ" and basically parrot the FDA statement as it was already provided to them.
That doesn't take 3 business days to do.

Scenario 2) They didn't get approved and they are trying to word something to paint sunny skies and gloss stuff over. Again if this occurs I think it would definitely result in a class action lawsuit from Slater and Gordon or somebody as sitting on a denial for 3 business days is beyond illegal.

Scenario 3) They have not actually been given the decision yet for whatever reason. If we do not hear a decision on the ASX today I think Scenario 3 is the only one that makes sense.

Companies can't sit on material information for days its illegal.
