Agree a whole different ball game here now.
Lots to digest and post acquisition valuations to do now before the relist.
Looks like KAU holders will get a chance to get some at 30c also.
116 million shares at current price (41c) puts a MC of around $47m.
Just need to work out a realistic value for this new entity moving forward.
