I guess if you want to build up a resource and then sell it for a profit you wouldn't want to be holding tools, vehicles & other equipment. Everything has been hired. (Hired labour, hired vehicles, hired pumps etc). I recall a few punters commenting on the LKE strategy of selling off the asset (the tenement) to the highest bidder. I think that is Steve's strategy. Don't you agree?
