They have locked in a very large cornerstone investor.

I believe Canaccord are lead managers. I am trying to get an allocation but hear it was all taken up.

My colleague had a teleconference this morning with Gianmarco who is non exec director and Chief Operating Officer.

He hasn't had the chance to update me in detail but said he was very impressed both by G.O and the business opportunity here.

I am surprised by the raise personally as $3m in cash and cash flow positive now I would have thought we didnt need to raise but clearly these guys have lots in the pipeline that we know nothing about.

Wish I had been nicer to the Canaccord boys previously as now they are playing hard to get.
