Can you explain more how the capital raise will work in this scenario? Don't they have to wait for the market to settle following an announcement to determine price and allocated capital for the capital raise? Surely they can't raise capital at anywhere near $5.08 SP if they already know the FDA has approved the treatment when the SP could move to $6.50 or $7 on market open. Can you elaborate more on this?
