The share price is underperforming as the credibility of the Company's CEO is shot. The Board would regain some market confidence with a change at the top. There is a lot going for this company. Now full of ex Sirtex employees. SRX had numerous underbidders in its takeover. It is simply that the message from the top has never come to fruition, i.e., where is the liver (HCC) story gone.
Anyway sale will come and it will rise closer to broker target levels, just would do it far quicker with a new leader whom institutional investors would like to listen to. No-one wants to listen to the current guy. Its a comedy of false promises, just look at his video interviews over the years. Worse still, he gets paid in cash along the way to keeping a share price in check. Let's vote with our feet at the AGM, no to rem, shares and esop.
