Yes they are going to capital raise off the US government as they will want to lock in supply!
Deal being done you could easily think as they are approving the product that they need as one of the therapeutics to solve the COVID issue. They want to get in before that supply is locked in by other countries. They know the ARDS trial success to date, they know they need it and need to lock it in before others do.
