It seems like they lose ~6.6m in revenue from ticket sales (if the 33m in TTV in WA has a similar margin to the rest of Aus), and get a service fee on that 33m which presumably is much lower.
Looks like JIN have 12 mths to convince LotteryWest that the Jumbo app generates more engagement, sales, etc etc to perhaps convince LW to push their online sales thru the white labelled app.
