Im voting Yes unless someone can give me a good reason to vote against . I haven’t heard any reasons not to vote Yes . A lot of Thorneys stake was aquired at higher prices and their probably going to lose on the deal .

I haven't seen the letter to shareholders. Is there a web link or can you post?
Thorney has not provide any alternative strategy and until he does then I am voting YES.
Thorney's plan better include sacking the CEO and Board - they should not be there with that Sargon performance.
I want to take 43 cents and cut and run.
