O.k, I said this in an earlier post and I think I want to retract it..

"The delay on the SML is of course totally due to the push pull Tanzania faces from its creditors."

Not exactly retract this, but point out this is an overstatement and what I think as opposed to what facts might tell us..

With ORR still not receiving their SML it could still be possible that both SMLs could be released right before the election as a show of strength by Magufuli. It is also possible they are released soon after the election so as not to seem controversial.

In my gut I'm thinking Rocky leaving means a delay. But my gut is totally destroyed from booze and caffeinated beverages.

We shall have to wait and see obviously and while I'm leaning towards a delay I'm only leaning that way because I'm a rank pessimist. One of the things the mkt taught me.
