I don't think our debt stops being subordinate just because of a trigger event. We are entitled to request payment and BNB is obliged to pay us within 60 Business Days of issuing us with a Notice of Repayment, but I'm not sure what the repercussions are if they don't pay up and I'm not sure whether or not the same obligations to pay within 60 Business Days are actually passed on to BBIPL via the Guarantee. I noticed that in the Appendices to the prospectus, a lot of clauses are made with respect to "the Issuer" but this is BNB and not BBIPL. Enumerate, can you add to this?
