There seems to be some confusion about what raise got pushed back, there's the 5mill raise then there's the raise of 300++ individuals required to each put in 2k as per ASX requirements.
As for announcements Lol, your guess as good as mine mate, I got no idea were to look to be honestjust a bit of dumb luck I copied this link last Week.
Im only sharing what I've been told by 708 investors who have been scalded back, so again take that for what its worth, nothing until officially announced in one form or another.
Ps. Not sure I've seen any PF1 company announcements released via social media ?
