Thank you for the very sensible thoughts. I also think we can rule out a CRL outcome. As you said it is not allowed for a listed company to hold any price sensitive information let alone a bad one. Doing so the company can easily be sued by trading holders for losses of their dead money opportunity costs. In case of two TH days, the magnitude of the claimed losses could be equal to the largest movement of any specific stock during these two days, which can be alot of $ in the context of volume traders.
