Interesting and bold move by management, I did not expect the explorer-to-producer transition take place this fast.
The offer is made in terms of KAU shares, making sure relevant stakeholders have strong incentives in the game on enhancing SP... anyway, too early to tell and very glad that we are eligible for the CR as well.
