Seems like the original drilling only went to 15ft, so to dig 21 holes to 3ft and find basically dust... the only alarm bells I’d be hearing relate to the vendor.
Interestingly I couldn’t find the NI43-101 report on the Sedar database.
The whole thing seems fishy.
